I’m not happy because of the happy new call rate.

I’m not happy because of the happy new call rate. If you are happy user, then you will get what I mean. I had started using happy on May last year and really enjoy the service, imagine you can make phone call to any operator or number for 45 minutes and it only cost you 0.99 sen anytime.

For those who didn’t know what I mean, happy telecommunication is a sub-telco of DiGi. What make me really unhappy is happy already change their call rate effective on 22 January 2009.

Before new call rate, you can call anytime to any number and it will only coast you RM 0.99 for 45 minutes. For every 10 seconds, a user will be charged for RM 0.10. That means 1 minute will be equivalent to RM 0.60. When it reaches 1 minute and 39 seconds, RM 0.99 will be charged. Wait, you can talk up to 45 minutes for only RM 0.99!

Here is happy new call rates, it seem expensive already. During Happy Hour, an extra long call up to 45 minutes at anytime from 9:00am – 5:00pm will only cost an affordable RM0.99! If your call is under 3 minutes, pay only RM0.33 a minute for all calls to your Happy friends.

Calling your friends will always be easy on your wallet even if they are on other networks! Enjoy long conversations at only RM0.99 for the first 15 minutes, and RM0.33 a minute thereafter.

Old Rate : RM0.99 = 45 mins

New Rate :

45 mins = 15 mins + 30 mins

= RM 0.99 + (RM0.33 x 30mins)

= RM 0.99 + RM9.90

= RM 11

I want the old call rate!!!!!!!!!

Parents & Soon-to-be Parents - Pls read!

Hi parents and soon-to-parents,

A friend of my husband told him this true story which happened to his own
sister in our very own Mid Valley City (for the benefit of those overseas,
MVC is large shopping complex in KL) :-

The friend's sister and her husband where having a meal in one of the restaurants
in MVC with their young son. Then suddenly, they were intruded by a big
fat lady who tried to be very annoying and intrusive. They tried their
best to get rid of this stranger. As all this commotion was going on, the
husband noticed that their young son was no longer sitting at the table
with them. When the husband looked around for his son, he saw that the
little boy was walking towards a man outside the restaurant who was beckoning
him to come over.

The husband quickly got up from his seat and started calling out his son's
name. This was when the big fat lady gave a 'hand cutting neck' signal
to her accomplice outside indicating that the 'mission' was to be aborted.
The man and the fat lady then disappeared out of sight.

I'm sure you have heard of syndicates out there that are kidnapping young
children, handicapping them and then putting them out on the streets to
beg. This story shows that what we've heard is very true. We've also been
told that the 'targeted' children are those who are between the ages of
2 to 5. And, the fairer they are, the better the price they'll fetch too.

My hope is that you'll let your family and friends know of this story and
ask them to always be alert when they take children out. Please feel free
to pass this email/message to anyone whom you think will benefit from it.

A very wise man had said this to me about this family -- '... you
are all I work so hard for. If I don't have that, nothing else matters
at all.'

I couldn't agree with him more.

Sun will rise for 36 hours continuously for 36 hrs (1.5 days)

Coming October 17, 2008 the sun will rise continuously for 36 hrs (1.5 days). During this time the US countries will be dark for 1.5 days.
It will convert 3 days into 2 big days. It will happen once in 2400 yrs. We're very lucky to see this. Forward it to all your friends.

Did you guys get this email? One of my friends told me and I try to find more information in the internet. I got many result while using google as search engine. This topic had been discussed actively in the internet. Most of the comment I read, it just a rumor. This rumor appears to have come from India, so it means to say that the sun will rise for 36 hours over India, and the Americas will be dark for the same amount of time. Not that this makes the rumor any less nonsensical. The only way for this rumor to come true would be if the earth stopped rotating. I didn’t believe this rumor because there is no official announcement but if it happen then I will not going to my bed on October 17. I will enjoy the sun rise for 36 hours.

Fantasy Primer League 2008/09 - week 5 result

I had starting to play the fantasy premier league game, started on week 5. I used the auto complete function for selecting my team and wanna see how the result going to be. I was happy with the achievements of my team because I earn 33 points, not bad and I’m number 15 of 20 contestants who joined this game on week 5.

Here is the picture of my team.

Raja Bersiong is the leading in our public league with 54 Points. If you see on his team, Adebayor (C) - 16 points and Denilson -10 points who give him a great points.

My friend told me, select a potential player to score in a game as captain. If the player scores in the game, then he will get high points, but because he is the captain, then the score will double. I had changed my team captain, and we will see the result by next week.
