I’m not happy because of the happy new call rate.

I’m not happy because of the happy new call rate. If you are happy user, then you will get what I mean. I had started using happy on May last year and really enjoy the service, imagine you can make phone call to any operator or number for 45 minutes and it only cost you 0.99 sen anytime.

For those who didn’t know what I mean, happy telecommunication is a sub-telco of DiGi. What make me really unhappy is happy already change their call rate effective on 22 January 2009.

Before new call rate, you can call anytime to any number and it will only coast you RM 0.99 for 45 minutes. For every 10 seconds, a user will be charged for RM 0.10. That means 1 minute will be equivalent to RM 0.60. When it reaches 1 minute and 39 seconds, RM 0.99 will be charged. Wait, you can talk up to 45 minutes for only RM 0.99!

Here is happy new call rates, it seem expensive already. During Happy Hour, an extra long call up to 45 minutes at anytime from 9:00am – 5:00pm will only cost an affordable RM0.99! If your call is under 3 minutes, pay only RM0.33 a minute for all calls to your Happy friends.

Calling your friends will always be easy on your wallet even if they are on other networks! Enjoy long conversations at only RM0.99 for the first 15 minutes, and RM0.33 a minute thereafter.

Old Rate : RM0.99 = 45 mins

New Rate :

45 mins = 15 mins + 30 mins

= RM 0.99 + (RM0.33 x 30mins)

= RM 0.99 + RM9.90

= RM 11

I want the old call rate!!!!!!!!!
