Sabah's Strongest Man

Are you strong enough? If you answer is yes, how could you proof it in a proper way? Those answer now or maybe, you have to think twice and ask yourself again , are you willing to tell the world you are the strongest man in Sabah. Now it’s your time to proof and show the world you are the strongest man in Sabah. Casero Events & Kota Kinabalu City Hall will organize Sabah's Strongest Man or “Orang Kuat Sabah” on this end of February 27 – 28, 2010.

It’s open for all and there are six challenges you must complete to determine the Sabah Strongest Man.

1. Farmers Walk – Competitor carries a weight with both hand over a marked course as quickly as possible.
2. Tire Flip – Flipping tire down a course for the fastest time.
3. Max Pull – Loading 5 weighted objects(weighting from lighter to heavier) onto a platform.
4. Dead Lift – Lift a perodua Viva as many as the competitor could in a given amount of time.
5. Truck Pull – Pulling forward a lorry with harness around shoulders.
6. Grip Endurance – Competitor carries a boulder over a marked course as quickly as possible.

Exciting prizes waiting for winner come and take part in Sabah's Strongest Man or “Orang Kuat Sabah” on this end of February 27 – 28, 2010.
• Champion – RM1500.00
• Runner Up – RM800.00
• Second Runner up – RM550.00
• Fourth Place – RM400.00
• Fifth Place – RM300.00
• Sixth Place – RM200.00
